I have been a customer of Hosting Begins (an Othellohosts brand) for a few years now, and in all that time, I can honestly say that I have never had any reason to complain about their service. They always respond promptly and courteously to any queries I may have about my account and websites, and are always helpful no matter how many times in the day I might have to contact them. Their packages are great value for anybody who wants to set up their own website, and the host of features they offer in the Control Panel are second to none! In short, they are truly a First Class web hosting company, and I would recommend them to anybody. A very big thank you to all the team for the excellent customer service you have provided me with over the years.
