We are currently seeking to fill one full-time vacancy for an experienced, highly motivated managed services (colo/vps/dedicated-server) Sales Executive.
Fluent spoken (as 1st language) English and written English are essential. You must be organised, determined and focussed to achieve the (realistic) targets set.
The role includes:
- Monitoring support system to ensure sales tickets answered within set timeframes
- Taking Live-Chat communications on sales questions relating to domains, hosting, servers, vps, colo and transit.
- Follow up on pre-arranged sales calls
- Contacting local business with specfic tailored offers
- Cold calling specific targetted prospects
- Attending industry events, networking meetings and trade shows
Applicants must have 3+ years experience in :
- Telecoms or Hosting related sales (ideally within a datacentre environment)

We are currently seeking to fill one part-time vacancy for a bubbly, outgoing, personable Lead Generator.
Fluent spoken (as 1st language) English and written English are essential as this is UK based telephony position.
You must be UK based, organised, methodical, determined and pleasant to speak to.
The role includes:
- Monitoring support system to ensure sales tickets answered / assigned within set timeframes
- Taking Live-Chat communications on sales questions relating to domains, hosting, servers, vps, colo and transit.
- Cold calling specific targetted prospects to conduct 2 minute 5 question surveys about their internet service provider
- Organising literature delivery (by email) on request
- Collection, entry and analysis of Customer Satisfaction Surveys
- Attending industry events, networking meetings and trade shows
Applicants must have 1+ years telesales/appointment setting experience in :
- Telecoms or Hosting related services (ideally within an ISP environment)
- Ability to
- Staffing promotional exhibition stands
- NO selling necessary just conducting 5 question telephone surveys, gathering client satisfaction data, pre-qualifying new customers, following up on literature requests.
Hours: 16h/week flexible betwen Mon-Fri 10am to 4pm
Salary: £10/hour plus additional target-met bonuses.
General Operations Staff
We will be looking for a part-time (4 days/week, 22 hours/week) building caretaker in Q2 2010.
